I'm Fabian Hernandez, and I'm proud to be part of the incredible team at Burrows Capital Advisors. As the Director of Operations and Administration, I focus on ensuring seamless operations and providing strategic support across the firm. My goal is to foster efficiency, collaboration, and exceptional service for our clients and team.
My journey in finance began in 2019 with an internship at Burrows Capital Advisors during my college years. After earning a finance degree from Texas A&M's Mays Business School, I transitioned into an advisory services role at Hilltop Securities in Dallas, Texas. My experience expanded further at Charles Schwab, where I specialized in reconciliation work and servicing money managers. Motivated by a desire to contribute to my roots, I returned to Burrows Capital Advisors, bringing a wealth of knowledge and a fresh perspective to our team.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, playing tennis/ pickleball, and exploring new restaurants in the city. I'm excited to continue my journey with Burrows Capital Advisors and contribute to its ongoing success.
