My primary focus is ensuring that client accounts, record retention, and regulatory-related files are meticulously maintained with accuracy, adhering to both internal protocols and external requirements.
My journey in banking began in 2011, and since then, I've held various roles across the industry. I joined the Burrows team in 2017, initially starting as an assistant. Since then, I've embraced new challenges and responsibilities within operations roles. Customer service is at the core of what I do, whether I'm directly assisting clients or overseeing training and compliance tasks.
Working closely with both advisors and clients is something I truly enjoy. Each interaction provides an opportunity to learn and grow, allowing me to gain insight into different aspects of the business.
