Rolando Villarreal is Managing Director & Head of Operations at Burrows Capital Advisors, LLC. He works to ensure client accounts, record retention and regulatory related files are uploaded and maintained with accuracy and in accordance with internal and external requirements.
He started his banking career in 2011, and since then has worked in different capacities across the industry. Rolando joined the Burrows team in 2017 as an assistant and has enjoyed his journey into new operations roles. Customer service is his specialty, both when he directly deals with clients and when he oversees training and compliance duties.
He enjoys getting to work closely with both advisors and their clients, as well as getting to learn all the different areas of the business. Every day brings something new, and Rolando approaches every new situation with enthusiasm.
